How To Get Rid Of Back Acne In A Week

How to get rid of back acne scars?

Paul here and the first subject I would like to approach is Acne, but more specifically back or chest acne.

Back AcneWe all know that Acne in general is quite an embarrassing skin complaint, even for people that suffer from acne on the back or chest. Even though their acne is normally covered by clothing, people do tend to be emabarrased by it. Especially if they have a wedding or party to attend they will not wear on open back dress or anything that exposes their acne marks.

I will go into more detail about the causes of acne in a later post, but today I would just like cover some of the treatments available. I don’t want to make these posts too long as most people tend to get overloaded with information.

Some of the most common treatment include: –

Scar Surgery
This involves the removal of the scarred tissue and is considered to be very effective for severe acne. After surgery to remove the damaged skin, skin from anoth aprt of your body, normally from behind the back of your ear, which is then grafted into the areas affected. This will then regrow and clear the acne areas.

This is non-surgical and involves the usage of small crystals. They are sprayed onto the skin and the specialist exfoliates the affected area. The way that this works, is that by removing the damaged skin areas and permitting new scar free skin to form. This procedure is very effective for mild acne sufferers. Ot is a painless procedure and very similar to having a complete body scrub. It is not advisable for people with craters or severe acne.

Chemical Peel
These peels come in a variety of strengths and this procedure can be performed at home. This is becoming more popular, mainly due to the fact that this can be done at home and that the peels can clear all types of acne from mild to severe. It may take longer to clear more severe acne, but results from this treatment having been very positive. Also this is one of the cheaper methods. Although these can be used without consulting a GP I would not recommend doing so. Always consult with a professional before undergoing any treatment.

Laser Resurfacing
Using Laser treatment to get rid of back acne or any body acne is very expensive and should really only be considered as a last resort. This method is used to burn and destroy damaged tissue. No blood is lost during surgery and it is quite safe as a treatment, although expensive.

There are a lot of creams that can be used and the best one that I have found that gives excellent review results is acnezine. Although this can be relatively expensive over a period of time, results from using this treatment have been encouraging.

Your treatment will depend on the severity of your condition.

I think that this is enough for this post.

I will be covering more about Acne in later posts.
