How to Upgrade your existing account
We currently offer 4 account types: FREE, BASIC, PRO and ULTIMATE. From these 4, you can only automatically upgrade the FREE, BASIC and PRO accounts. If you would like extra storage or features added to your individual ULTIMATE account, please contact us either through our support tickets system in your Administration Page, or through our contact page.
Step 1
If you need to upgrade a FREE, BASIC or PRO account, you can do so by clicking on the upgrade icon located in the Easy Access menu in your Administration Page.
You will then be taken to a page where you can select the website you need to upgrade.
Step 2
By clicking on the site you want to upgrade link, you will be taken to the next page where you can select your desired plan.
Step 3
Select your desired Level and Plan, then on the Checkout PayPal Button.
Step 4
The PayPal Checkout page will open and you will be able to fill in your PayPal account details. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can also pay with your Credit Card (see next step).
Step 5
This is an alternative to Step 4. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you are still able to pay with your Credit card.
On the PayPal checkout page, locate the Create a PayPal account link and click on it. A new page will open where you will be able to fill in your information and then checkout.
Step 6
After completing the payment, you will see a You have successfully sign up message and you will be returned to your now upgraded website’s Administration page.
